Roll up, roll up! The circus has come to Highpoint these Spring school holidays and mini performers can enjoy a fortnight of FREE circus-inspired activities as part of The Highpoint Show.
We are invited to the launch where we meet trainers from Westside Circus. They take the kids through a fun session of juggling, clowning and even acro balancing. Adults can join in the fun too!
Westside Circus are hosting drop-in classes from Monday 23 September to Thursday 26 September. From Friday 27 September to Sunday 29 September Hey Let’s Play are hosting Carnival Craft for creative kids.
The space is small (though very cute!) so be warned that there may be a wait. I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before 11am. Activities commence on the hour and run for 45 minutes.
The second week of the school holidays the ‘Big Top’ turns into a free play space and there will be a free face painter and balloon artist.
The Highpoint Show program also includes two events returning due to popular demand. First up is the September Shopping Day on Wednesday 25 September 2019 from 9am to 11pm, with over 200 exclusive offers from leading retailers, as well as show bags, fairy floss and popcorn and live hula and acrobatic performers between 4pm and 9pm.
Puppy Palooza returns on Saturday 5 October 2019 from 10am to 3pm. Dog owners can spoil their pets with express grooming and dog treats at The Barkery, run them through an agility maze, capture their likeness with illustrations and Dog Photog Studios and share their style at the Dogue Fashion Show.
