HOT: Lollipops Playland, Bentleigh East

Lollipops Playland Bentleigh East is one of the chain of Lollipops indoor play centres around Australia and it’s a popular hangout for local families.

As you’d expect from a franchise operation the play centre is spacious and the equipment is clean.

Lollipops Bentleigh has an onsite cafe which splits the seating into three areas. Two of the areas have good sight lines to the main equipment, except for the hidden away areas at the back of the jungle gym. Towards the front of the play centre is a foam and soft play area for toddlers under 4 years (which requires active adult supervision).

For peace of mind on entry each child is given a security wristband and you must provide the matching security tag on exit.

If your kids are comfortable with most of the equipment then you can confidently sit down and enjoy a break while they climb, jump, slide and ride.

In the main play area structure Baby 2.0 spends most of his time with the balls!  In the ballpit and in 3 level ball blaster playground.

Adult entry is $3.50 but you get a coffee voucher to redeem at the cafe. You’re not allowed to BYO food (baby food and formula excepted) and there are high chairs.

There are numerous toilets, with a kid-sized toilet as well, and change facilities.

Lollipops Bentleigh is an easy and cheap indoor outing and I recommend it if you’re local to the area. If you have a Small Ideas membership or Entertainment Book you can benefit from 2 for 1 child entry too.
