This summer Melbourne Zoo is ‘Wild About Frogs’!
The zoo’s newest play area is a small shipping container decked out as The Wiggles Frog Disco. You can’t miss it, look out for the huge inflatable bopping frog on the roof and the large frog sculpture you can climb on!
Little ones can sing along to The Wiggles “Corroboree Frog” song and throw some shapes on the light-up frog-themed dance floor. The setup is best for toddlers and preschoolers – 6yo Baby 2.0 and 8yo Lady AB looked in briefly but were more interested in the real Southern Corroboree Frogs inside Melbourne Zoo’s Keeper Kids.
You can also learn about the amphibians inside the World of Frogs, the indoor display next door to the disco.

Until Tuesday 29 January you can also grab a mask at the front entrance and join a giant frog puppet in a Frog Parade!
