When the weather isn’t ideal, a Melbourne trampoline park is a great way to bounce out some energy, especially when the temperature is a bit cooler. It’s also a great place for kids who have perhaps grown a bit big for play centres.
Luckily, in Melbourne, there are a bunch of great trampoline parks dotted across the city, so there are plenty of places (and features) to choose from. To make it easy, I’ve compiled a list of the best. Don’t forget your trampoline socks (or buy some at the centre if you don’t have any yet), and it’s best to book before visiting to avoid disappointment!
Best Indoor trampoline Park Melbourne North
1. Latitude, Heidelberg West
Latitude trampoline park is a huge centre with trampolining, climbing park and indoor play centre all rolled into one. It features trampoline, dodgeball, basketball lanes, a giant airbag, rock climbing walls, bungee tower, flying fox, gladiator-style battle beam and a high ropes slack line obstacle course. Not only for older kids, it also includes a fantastic under 5s play area.

2. Airborn, Roxburgh Park
There’s plenty to enjoy on the 1300 square metres of trampolines at Airborn. It’s one of the huge indoor trampoline centres Melbourne loves to bounce at!
There is an air bag to jump onto, a couple of dunk lanes for basketball skills and dodge ball. They’ve also got 2 large trampolines to practice your biggest jumps – they’re each 5m x 5m!
A general access visit costs from $15 for one participant for a one hour session. Booking ahead is recommended to avoid disappointment.

3. Jump Central, Moorabbin
Jump Central is one of the smaller indoor trampoline parks in Melbourne, but is coupled with indoor sports fields. There’s dodgeball, a free jumping area, foam pit and hoops.
Peak sessions cost $15 per participant per hour, and Jump Central offers a special rate of $10 for pre school aged children 10am-2pm school days, and their parent / guardian jumps for free!

4. Rush HQ, Rowville
Rush HQ is more than a trampoline park, it’s an Indoor Adventure Park!
There is a Junior Jumper area (with inflatables and a climbing structure for kids under 110cm), Mt Madness for bouldering, The Gauntlet obstacle course, Ninja HQ ninja course and obstacle frame, Dodge It dodgeball on trampolines, Jump N Slam dedicated lanes with basketball hoops and the Jump Factory with over 100 trampolines.
A 1hr pass costs from $15 per participant. Sessions start on the hour, and bookings may be required for some areas.

5. Bounce Inc, Glen Iris
Get your bounce on at Bounce Inc Glen Iris (other locations around Australia too) with more than 50 interconnected trampolines, big bag, slam dunk and dogeball. The Glen Iris centre is home to BOUNCE X-Park obstacle course, and has parkour equipment too.
Bounce suited for children 3+ years.

6. J Park – Temporarily closed for maintenance
J Park is an expansive play area for kids with lots to do! Included is a trampoline park with bouldering wall.
There is also a ninja course, high ropes course, climbing structure and lots more! It’s got sections limited to kids under 120cm and over 110cm. J Park is popular, so it’s best to book in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays.

7. Bounce, Keysborough
Bounce Keysborough features foam pit lanes, dodgeball courts, slam dunk lanes and a large free jump court. There is also a high ropes course, ninja warrior course, climbing walls and a playground. There is a dedicated area for junior jumpers, under 110cm. Bookings are advised as sessions to fill up.

8. Gravity Zone, Seaford
Gravity Zone has numerous zones to come down and try depending on your skill level including, high performance trampolines, free trampoline jumping zone, an area dedicated for preschoolers, basketball trampolining, dodgeball games, fun foam pits, and playground area. There is a ropes course and laser tag at Gravity Zone too.
They also have classes and group bookings available. A standard one hour session at peak times is $20 for 6yo and over, or at off peak times it’s $20 for a 9-3pm session or 3-6pm session. Pricing varies for younger kids, and including laser tag incurs an additional fee.

9. Flip Out, Box Hill
Newly opened in Box Hill is a multi faceted Flip Out centre with trampolines, parkour equipment, climbing walls and a range of lessons. It’s fun for the whole family!
There are areas limited to under 130cm, areas limited to over 130cm and bigger participants are asked to give way to anyone that is smaller than them.
Trampoline parks are often reserved for older kids, but Flip Out Box Hill has special sessions for younger kids and playgroup sessions available.

10. Airodrome, Altona North
Bounce off the walls at Airodrome! – a big trampoline arena at the Westgate Sports and Leisure Complex that combines a large trampoline park with an inflatable playground. It’s like two play centres in one!
General access costs $15 per participant for the first hour, and $5 for each subsequent hour. Sessions start on the hour. Jumpers under 110cm bounce in the Junior Flyers zone.

11. Flip Out, Derrimut
Head to Flip Out Derrimut for a trampoline park split into two age groups; under 10 and over 10. There’s a foam pit with two Olympic trampolines, half size basketball court with ring and they run ninja classes.

12. Bounce, Essendon Fields
Home to Australia’s biggest trampoline, Bounce Essendon Fields is housed in a heritage-listed aircraft hanger. You may even see aircraft taking off while you bounce!
Bounce Essendon Fields has a Free-Jumping Arena, Slam Dunk, Big Bag, Dodgeball and wall tramps. There is a junior jumpers area and soft play area for kids under 110cm.

13. Jumpside, Footscray
Jumpside trampoline park and ninja park is an awesome indoor play centre in Footscray where kids can let go and feel free as they bounce, flip, twist and leap through the air on the indoor trampolines, ninja obstacle course and air court!
